Full Refund:
  • If you decide to cancel your branding project before it has been initiated by our team, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
  • "Initiation" is defined as the commencement of any work on your branding project, including but not limited to concept development, design drafts, or communication with you regarding your project.
No Refund After Project Initiation:
  • Once the branding project has been initiated, a refund request will not be entertained.
  • This policy is in place to account for the time, resources, and efforts invested by our team in the initial stages of your project.
You will receive the refund amount within 5-7 days if the refund is approved by our team.

Cancellation Policy

Project Cancellation Before Initiation:
  • You may cancel your branding project at any time before it has been initiated.
  • To cancel, please contact our customer support team through info@hitstonfintech.ai or your dedicated project manager.
Project Cancellation After Initiation:
  • Once the branding project has been initiated, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • The client is responsible for the full payment of the agreed-upon project cost.
